The Letter of Authorization grants us permission to handle your passport application on your behalf. This includes submitting your paperwork, addressing any issues that arise, and retrieving your passport once it has been issued.

3. Passport Photo Requirements

To ensure your passport application is processed smoothly, submit two recent, high-quality passport photos that meet the following criteria:

1. Full-color images with a plain white or off-white background
2. Printed on matte or glossy photo paper
3. 2 x 2 inches (51 x 51 mm) in dimensions
4. Head size must be between 1 inch and 1 3/8 inches (25–35 mm) from chin to top of head
5. Taken within the last six months to reflect your current appearance
6. Captured in a full-face view, directly facing the camera
7. Neutral expression with both eyes open

4. Proof of Travel Itinerary

Submit a copy of one of the following documents under the applicant’s name:

1. Round-trip airline or cruise ticket
2. Travel reservation confirmation
3. Letter from a travel agency

Your document must include:

1. Flight or cruise number
2. Arrival and departure dates
3. Reservation code issued by the airline or cruise company

5. Most Recent Passport

You must provide your most recently issued passport as part of the application.

• Name Change? If your name has changed since your last passport was issued, include a certified copy of the legal document verifying the change, such as:
  • Marriage certificate
  • Divorce decree
  • Adoption decree
  • Court order
